young women who have intercourse without using a method of birth control will
become pregnant within 1 month.
Twenty-five
percent of women who have a teenage pregnancy will have a second child before
the age of 20.
One in five
adolescents become sexually active before their 15th birthday and one in four
will contract a sexually transmitted disease.
